The initial setup or takeover of your QuickBooks online accounting software system. If you do not have an account, I will set it up for you. If you do have an account, I will take over the accountant role and check that everything is accurate and ready for monthly service.

Whether you are behind on bookkeeping, have never organized your books or just had a bad experience with a previous bookkeeper, we can get you fixed up! I will check your transactions are categorized correctly, accounts are balanced, reconciled, and reports are up to date. I will also prepare a step-by-step guide for you to use if you plan to continue your bookkeeping on your own or we can setup a monthly service once the clean-up is finished.

I will enter and organize monthly transactions within QuickBooks. I will reconcile bank and credit statements to ensure everything is accurate. I will generate financial reports, send you a copy, and address any questions you may have. Throughout the year, I will act as a liaison between you and your accountant. I’ll be available for any inquiries you have at any time during the month and will keep in touch regarding any questions I might have. Additionally, you will receive year-end reports, prepared for your tax professional.

Perfect for the client who wants to do their own bookkeeping but is not sure where to start. We will discuss your categorizations, how to use QuickBooks or a Google Sheet to track cash flow, and what to do throughout the year to be prepared for tax season. You can book as many consults as you need. We will map out a plan and go over some common issues in your bookkeeping so that you know what to look out for.

f you feel that your business doesn’t have enough transactions to do a monthly service but would like for someone to come in 4 times a year and have your books in order, you can opt for quarterly service. This service will include reconciling all transactions, organizing reports, checking for errors, and going over your profit margin and budget planning for the quarter. At year end you will also get a copy of your financial reports to give to your CPA or tax professional.

These services include custom budgeting advice, invoicing, bill pay, and payroll, and/or monthly strategy calls to go over the month's reports.
